Official University Name Tags
How do you get yours?
- Please email Christopher.lake@mun.ca with a list of name(s) and title(s) for any name tags you would like produced. Pay close attention to spelling and correct titles.
- Christopher will send you back an internal requisition to obtain the FOAPAL and approval signature.
- Once the signed requisition is received back at the bookstore, the name tags will be produced and you will be given pick up instructions.
